PRIORITIES COMMITTEE

                                                        APRIL 6, 2010

                                                            MINUTES

 

A meeting of the Priorities Committee was held at 6:30 pm in the Selectmen's Meeting room and was called to order at 6:38 p.m. by Chair William Heitin.

 

Members Present:

Chair:                          William Heitin

Board of Selectmen:   Richard Powell and “Joe” Roach (ALT)

Finance Committee:    Ira Miller and Charles Goodman

School Committee:       Glenn Allen and Linda Callan 

 

Others Present:

William Fowler, Barbara Dunham, and Benjamin E. Puritz

 

A MOTION was made by Ira Miller and seconded by Rich Powell to enter in executive session for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining and at the end thereof to enter back into regular session.  VOTED:  6-0-0

 

The Priorities Committee entered back into regular session at 7:40 p.m.

 

A MOTION was made by Ira Miller and seconded by Richard Powell to approve the minutes of January 26, 2010.

 

VOTED: 6-0-0 to approve the minutes of January 26, 2010.

 

Revenue Forecast – Bill Fowler

 

Finance Director, Bill Fowler, reported that there are no significant changes in the Revenue Forecast and that allocation for FY’11 operating budget sector is unchanged at a 2.47% increase.

 

It was moved and seconded to adjourn.  VOTED:  6-0-0

 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
